phse2.gifPersonal Health and Social Education
All students have access to a broad range of educational experiences relating to personal and emotional development. We work closely with parents, governors and the multi-disciplinary team to develop a curriculum that helps support our students to grow and develop in our complex society. Citizenship is addressed in all areas of the curriculum. Drama, circle time, social skills, discussion group and Religious Education focus on developing self esteem and awareness of others. Parents are informed about our sex education curriculum on an individual basis. Education on drugs is planned in conjunction with the community health education team.
