Our Team

Our school staff are a highly committed and experienced team comprising of teachers, nursery nurses, teaching assistants, drama therapists, computer technicians, an administrative officer, account, students, youth workers and volunteers. Performance management and target setting in conjunction with a continuous programmed of in service training, ensure the school keeps up to date with local and national developments in education. The school has an "Investors in People" award. We provide an enriched creative arts programme which includes weekly music and art workshops, drama, circle time, and regular visits from our poet in residence. This helps to develop emotional literacy and social skills.

The school's governing body includes, parents, community and hospital representatives, and elected members from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. They have an overall responsibility to ensure the school is operating within the legal requirements. They are responsible for monitoring the curriculum and school policies, managing the budget, staff appointments and performance management of the Head Teacher.
