Akeem's Amazing Artwork

Primary students have started work on a new art project, 'Thinking Outside The Box.' Students choose from a selection of differently shaped, small cardboard boxes. They then see where their imaginations take them. 

Akeem brainstormed ideas, but then settled on the heart-shaped box. He opened the box and positioned both sides towards each other to become wings. He then covered them in feathers, created a tail and a face, and even added a background to it. We took a photograph and it is now up in the schoolroom to inspire others. Well done Akeem!
