Autumn Bakeoff

Students at our Brompton Hospital site participated in a series of 'Bake Off' themed activities in Design and Technology. The penultimate theme focused on patisserie, where students created Palmiers, a type of French pastry. The end results not only looked incredibly professional but also tasted amazing!

For their finale week, the students baked a lemon drizzle cake. This was their first attempt, and the result was exceptional.
