Bua Loi

Students at Ladbroke Grove celebrated Thai New Year this week. An demonstrated how to make 'Bua Loi', a traditional Thai dessert consisting of colourful rice balls served in coconut milk. The students enjoyed making the dough with An's expertise and making a variety of shapes including flowers, hearts and even animals! The dough balls were then boiled before being transferred to coconut milk.

Staff and students enjoyed trying the new flavours and textures in this dessert with many going back for seconds!
